Have you seen the movies Megamind? I think it’s kinda interesting that the hero that represents good (Metroman) fakes his own death and evil takes over. But they find him and he said he faked his own death because he was tired of doing things people wanted him to do and he didn’t have options like everyone else. He wanted to pursue a career in music, so he changed his name to Musicman. And at the end of the movie, they play Bad by Michael Jackson.
